How long does our metallic temporary flash tattoos last?
Under normal condition, it will last 2 – 5 days.
What is the shelf life of our metallic temporary flash tattoos?
Under normal condition, it can be stored for two years and longer.
Please store the tattoos in a cool and dry area such as inside a drawer and away from direct sunlight.
What if I want to remove the tattoos?
If you need to remove the tattoos immediately, use a cloth, tissue paper, or a piece of cotton and apply rubbing alcohol, make up remover or any oil based substance onto the tattoo and wait 10 – 20 seconds, then gently rub off the tattoo until it is all removed.
What if I want to make my own customized logo tattoo?
Yes , We do produce customized temporary tattoos. If you would like to know more details, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Placing an Order

Which payment method/credit cards can I use to place an order?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express and Paypal.
How will I know that my order was successfully placed?
You will receive a confirmation email from Hot Wives Club. Once your order ships, you will receive another email with the tracking number for your package.
We partnered with Shun Fung Express for Hong Kong local delivery.
For international shipping. Tracking number will be provided when your order has left from our office.
Shipping rate for Hong Kong
We offer free shipping for orders of HKD $800 and above. For orders below HK$800, a shipping fee of HKD $35 will be added at the checkout page.

We offer free standard international shipping for international orders of HKD $1200 ( USD $154 ) and above. For orders below HKD $1200 ( USD $154 ), a standard international shipping fee of HKD $75 ( USD $9.6 ) will be added at the checkout page.

We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. As shipping companies may have delays not within our control. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Express Shipping rate
Buyers can choose to use express shipping, express shipping will arrive within 4 business days. We offer express shipping rate at HKD $240 ( USD $30 ). Please choose the express shipping at check out if you need your orders to arrive within 4 business days.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Hot Wives Club is not responsible for any delays due to customs.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation notice via email when your order has been shipped out from our office. Orders typically ship out the next working day.

If there is a problem with my shipment and/or my order never arrived, what should I do?

All orders will require a signature by a resident adult. No packages will be left unattended unless specified in the comments portion of your order. If removal of a signature requirement is requested, Hot Wives Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrectly delivered, or undelivered items and no refunds or replacements will be issued.
We do not ship on major holidays. We do not ship to Post Office Boxes. If an order is placed with a PO box address, the order will be cancelled.
Our refund policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We regret that we only accept returns if product was delivered to you in poor condition or broken.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Products not eligible for a return or exchange include:
* Products marked “sale”;
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately items on sale cannot be refunded.
* Personalized items that are specially made or ordered, with specific name, fabric, message or other customized aspect;
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
If a product is faulty, you will be required to take photo proof of the faulty product and the packaging it arrived in, within two days of receipt of delivery and send the photo direct to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. For all faulty items you will be offered a replacement, or a full refund.
Any refunds will be credited back to you using your original payment method, e.g. PayPal, online credit or credit card. A store credit will be applied if the item was a gift.
To return your product, you should notify us at email@example.com then mail the product back to us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
